I am a well natured, creative introvert turned ambitious dream chasing entrepreneur — having been in business for almost 25 years! I opened Karrie Hlista Designs to focus on luxury florals for weddings & memorable events. This allows me to flex creatively, coming up with my own style of floral design & getting the opportunity to showcase it.
I serve & work with a variety of clients that wish to have an elevated feel brought to their events through florals. My clients tend to see the value of what floral designers can do to transform a space.

What sets us apart is the intense years of experience we bring to each event but also our love of creativity & design. We want to find the best flower options, the best design approach while striving to remain timeless. We want to be able to look back over our portfolio of work & have beautiful, natural timeless florals.
It starts with a passion and love for flowers! We search the earth (literally) for the best quality and most unique flower choices to fly into the studio from exotic locations all over the world! It is very common for us to use flowers from Holland, California, Thailand & Ecuador in your floral designs. Also seasonal, local grown flowers from PA when available! Our design team loves to create romantic ceremony spaces, breathtaking bouquets and exquisite reception rooms along with our clients personalized style and wedding day visions.
Although Karrie has many years experience, we are always up for a challenge and love the opportunity to grow artistically. We stay true to our clients vision, style and taste for their amazing day!
We are fortunate to have a wonderful team of talented friends/vendors as well. We can have custom props, backdrops and displays handmade and engineered by a super talented woodworker to create the visions that we come up with!
